Come out and join us tonight at THRIVE for a Q & A buffet! Pastor Matt will do his best to answer some questions that you guys have submitted over the past few weeks on topics such as dating, hearing from God, secular music, and other stuff. Also we’ll give you an opportunity to ask some new questions tonight. It will be a blast and we’ll have some food to munch on…so bring your appetites and your inquiring minds!

Gayle Erwin

Yesterday we had Gayle Erwin speak here at the church. It was fantastic! He is such a gifted speaker/story teller and the Lord totally used him yesterday to bring the word…plus he’s super funny. Hey guys, I ran across this video on Godtube and I wanted to share it with you. It’s pretty sick! An awesome telling of the gospel in a really cool visual way. Plus, one of the guys doing the graffit is Fasm, who is actually the same guy that painted our “Wall of David” in the Jr. High Room…and the beloved rhino! Pretty sweet huh? Fellowship Night this Saturday

This Saturday come out for a time of fellowship, food, and crazy hair! We’ll be hanging out here at the church from 4pm-7pm. We’ll be playing games and having just a grand ol’ time. We’ll be providing pizza and sodas. Also, there will be a prize for craziest hair of the night. It’s totally free and you can bring a friend if you want…but also make sure that you bring your crazy hair!

Sunday

Hey ya’ll, just wanted to let you know that this Sunday sign-ups start for Jr. High Summer Camp (can I get a woo hoo!). It’s gonna be at Jenness Park and the cost is $195, and that includes a free camp t-shirt (as long as you sign up by May 25th). Also, you guys should know that space is limited…so talk to your parents and sign up quick style. It’s gonna be a blast! The theme this year is “To know Him and make Him known”. We will be looking at how God wants us to spread the good news of His gospel to the world. It will be epic (stadium)!
Also, I wanted to let you guys know that this Sunday we are gonna be looking at a great passage in Mark chapter 2. It’s the story of the paralytic that was brought to Jesus thru the roof. It’s an awesome picture of His amazing forgiveness! If you want to read ahead for this Sunday check out Mark 2:1-12. We’ll see you soon! Have a blessed weekend and remember to spend time with Jesus!
